Project Overview
Following a long period of neglect, McKee Associates were appointed to carry out a condition survey of the Bury Castle Armoury a Grade II Listed building sited on top of the original Bury Castle site.
The building was built in the 1800’s and is located within Bury town centre. The building is made with a castle façade with internal perimeter first floor walkways, offices, storerooms, garages, bars, and social spaces.
The purpose of the condition survey carried out was to identify the investment required to bring the internal space up to current standards.
Condition reports are carried out to BCIS standards to costings broken down between 1 - 10years.
